Hello friends, I am reaching out to ask for help. I have been unemployed since August. I have sent out resumes every day as I only get $285 a week from unemployment, which didn’t start till 6 weeks after losing my job. Currently, I am behind on all my bills, my rent, and in need of more laser work on my eyes due to diabetes. I am running out of meds even with my co-pay; I cannot afford any more meds which I need. My electric has been shut off due to a past due balance, which is hard to pay down when you see how little I get from unemployment. I was given several resources to inquire, but some are so overloaded with requests they aren’t taking any more applications. I need help.
