Struggling with Health and Relocation

I need help. I have many issues concerning both my health which has required me to undergo necessary operations which are not covered by insurance. I have also had a very hard time adjusting after moving. I feel immense fatigue every single day, and can find no respite in my waking hours. I just know that I need help. Please help me.
