Struggling to make ends meet due to foot injury

Hi friends, I may be losing my job and insurance due to a foot injury. I'm struggling to pay bills and get the required paperwork for disability payments filled out by doctors.

I've had 3 appointments and several imaging and lab work done this month already.

On top of all this, my car is knocking and I don't know what I'm going to do to make ends meet, or if I will even be able to get the reconstructive surgery needed to fix my foot at all.

Anything helps and I really hate asking for handouts. But if you can spare it, I will be eternally grateful.
