Struggling Mom Needs Help After Illness

I am trying to raise money for myself. I was hospitalized in March for being septic. Then, between anxiety and my being sick, I got severe vertigo. I am currently still unable to return to work and have no more money for paying bills and buying gas, nor to pay any of my children's extra expenses (field trips, new clothes, etc.).

I am also currently and still fighting to get my children's father to pay child support that's been court-ordered and that he's been held in contempt 3 times in 2 years for. I hate asking for help but don't know what else to do.
