On February 8th, 2025, my employer closed its doors for good, leaving myself and the rest of their employees without jobs, insurance, or any kind of severance/assistance to get employed somewhere else. My job search has not gone well, as I've had several job interviews, but none have gone past an initial interview just yet.

As for me and my wife's personal property, we have multiple large storage units due to several times in the past when we were forced to move (circumstances beyond our control) to a smaller home without time to sort through what we really wanted to keep. So far, I've already cashed out what little retirement I had as well as a life insurance payout from my dad passing away a year ago. All that money is gone from keeping the bills paid each month for those storage units and other items (power, water, etc). That all adds up to quite a bit each month, which I still need to pay for until I get hired somewhere.

My wife and I would really appreciate it if we can get $3000 to start with, and maybe more so we can hopefully not end up homeless before I can get a job. Please give us whatever you can to help out, even if it is only a few dollars.
