After experiencing homelessness twice on the mainland, I moved back home to Maui in 2023, hoping for a fresh start. But soon after, the Lahaina wildfire struck, impacting my community and making it even harder to rebuild. These challenges inspired me to create something meaningful—a clothing brand that reflects the real struggles of people like me and those around me.

My brand is not about hype or fashion for fashion’s sake. It’s about telling the truth: homelessness is one paycheck away from almost anyone. It speaks for local Hawaiians being priced out of their own land, for the working class grinding in the most expensive state in America, for the addicted and the recovering, and for those who have hit rock bottom and are still here. Every piece in our first collection — STRUG LIFE Volume 01: Three Cities. One Story — is a chapter of a real life. My life, and the lives of millions who have never seen their story reflected in fashion with dignity.

The funds I raise will go toward building my website, buying inventory, and covering the startup costs needed to launch this it’s a chance to help bring dignity, hope, and real stories to the world of fashion. Thank you for believing in me
