Our Architect and Engineers have revised our blueprints. We need to add more structural supports for the 2nd floor & roof.

After removing all of the support walls from the old apartments, we need to install more LVLs in between the floor joists to distribute the weight of the upstairs classrooms.

Our new goal is $12,000
