Laurel Lehmkuhl

August 4th Laurel was involved in an accident when she was out with coworkers when a drugged driver crossed the center line and ran into the Sip-N-Cycle (multi rider bike).  The vehicle struck almost directly behind her so she did not see him coming or have time to react. Laurel was thrown back on to the hood/windshield of the vehicle then thrown to the ground.  She has a list of traumas including: two broken ribs, multiple fractured vertebrae, road rash and bruising, temporal fracture (skull fracture), brain swelling and bleeding, concussion, and memory loss back to about 1970s.  She truly is one of the nicest women you could ask for and would do anything for you without skipping a beat. All because one person thought they could drive impaired. Please send thoughts and prayers for fast healing and recovery for Laurel and her family. We are raising the funds for medical cost and daily living cost as she was a full time vet tech and recovery will be a long road without work, and the driver was not licensed or insured.
