The Story
Will Orellana was an amazing athlete who would wake up religiously at 5am to ride his bike over exhausting distances. In the early morning of March 19th, Will kissed Tara; the love of his life who was then 9 months pregnant with their daughter Vayla, and proceeded on his daily routine with his morning ride. Will was struck by a car at an intersection, changing his life as well as his loved ones forever.
After spending months in ICU after suffering extreme head trauma and extensive brain injuries, Will has now woken up to a totally different world. Spending most days in intensive therapy, he has been working very hard to learn all of the basic life skills we take for granted. His girlfriend Tara and now 5 month old Vayla, have been by his side every step of the way, providing Will with 24/7 care.
We are raising money for the expensive long term medical attention that Will needs to recover the best life he possibly can with his love Tara and new born Vayla.
