AJ, Anthony James Jackowski, decided to break out into the world at just shy of 26 weeks old on June 3, 2018. Since then he has been through several procedures and surgeries to help aid his growth and development in the NICU at Conemaugh Hospital. After several setbacks, AJ has been flown to the NICU at Chop in Pittsburgh. He has a long fight ahead of him and the doctors plan to keep him for at least several months. Melissa (Mommy) and Tony (Daddy) have been spending long hours in the NICU visiting and spending time with AJ while also commuting back and forth. Any donations would help with the added expenses and would be greatly appreciated.
