Hello Friends!
I am on here today in hopes that together we can help give some type of relief to a family who is very near and dear to my heart. Over the weekend, the Hockings' family got an awful call that no mother, father, sibling or other wants to hear.
Trevor was in an accident with significant trauma, leading him to have a severe head/brain injury. He has sustained a skull fracture, brain bleeds, and a ruptured ear drum. He was life-flighted to a hospital in WI and is currently stable, but in critical condition. He is making baby steps everyday, hopefully steps towards the road to recovery.
Trevor is a graduating Senior at Augustana with SO many great things still to come. He is an amazing kid that comes from a wonderful, selfless, kind, STRONG family and has an astounding support system and many prayer warriors who will be praying and encouraging him every step of the way through this extensive process.
I am graciously asking for help from the community and anyone who knows and loves Trev, in order to give him and his family some kind of relief during these extremely hard and unexpected times. Whether you can contribute financially, send up a prayer, or even just share this post.. it would be greatly appreciated.
If the past year and a half has taught us anything, it is that we are all much stronger together. With that being said, Trevor could use all the strength, love, prayers and support that we can give.
