My name is Erica, and I’m sharing this on behalf of my dear friend and colleague. If you know the Guy family, you know what a gift they are. Chelsea and her husband Jordan are two of the most caring, generous people I’ve ever met, and their three beautiful boys are truly the center of their world.

A few months ago, their lives changed in an instant. Their oldest son, Jude, was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a rare, progressive muscle-wasting disease for which there is currently no cure. The news has been heartbreaking, and the road ahead is one no family should have to walk alone.

As Chelsea and her family face this unimaginable journey, we want to come together to help ease the financial burdens that accompany Jude’s care; health insurance costs, specialists, travel to hospitals, extended stays, and future home modifications or accommodations. Any support, big or small, truly makes a difference.
