I'm starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my 25-year-old cousin, Isko, who is courageously battling cancer. Over the past year, he has endured a series of blood tests, intense medical treatments, and even surgery—things no one his age should ever have to go through. Watching him face all of this from afar has been deeply heartbreaking. Yet through it all, Isko has met every needle, every pain, and every challenge with unwavering courage, unshakable hope, and a faith that has only grown stronger with time.

He is now preparing for the most critical and aggressive phase of his treatment—a stem cell transplant followed by a high-dose chemotherapy. While this gives him a real chance at a cure, it also comes with a tremendous emotional and financial burden. With this reason, I humbly ask for your time - to read, share, donate and/or include him and our family in your prayers as he shares his journey in this battle.

"It all began in April of last year when I discovered a mass in my testicle. I underwent an orchiectomy to have it removed, and for a while, it seemed like things were under control. But in November 2024, the cancer came back—and this time, it was more aggressive. It had spread to my abdomen, lungs, and liver.

From December 2024 to March 2025, I underwent 4 cycles of BEP chemotherapy. It was tough, but I held on to hope. My tumor markers dropped significantly, a good sign—but unfortunately, imaging showed that the tumors had grown. A recent PET/CT scan still shows active cancer.

Now, my doctors are recommending a more intensive treatment: High-Dose Chemotherapy with Stem Cell Transplant (TI-CE protocol)—a salvage therapy aimed at giving me the best possible shot at remission. But it comes at a steep price. The full treatment will cost over 1 million pesos, far beyond what I or my family can afford alone.

Treatment is set to begin in the first week of May, and I need your help more than ever.
