Hi everyone
This March, I’m raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) — a charity dedicated to suicide prevention and supporting people who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or like they have nowhere to turn.
Mental health struggles can feel invisible. So many people suffer quietly, believing they have to “just get on with it.” But struggling doesn’t make you weak. Talking doesn’t make you a burden. And asking for help doesn’t make you broken.
The official challenge is to walk 50 miles in March — but I’m pushing myself further and committing to 140 miles, alongside training in the gym and lifting weights 5 days a week.
For me, exercise has always been more than physical. It’s clarity. It’s strength. It’s resilience. It’s proof that even when things feel heavy, we can keep moving forward — one step, one rep, one day at a time.
CALM provides life-saving helplines, resources, and support to remind people they are not alone. Every donation helps them continue this vital work.
If you’re able to donate, I’d be so grateful. And if not, sharing this page could make just as much difference.
Let’s remind people they don’t have to face things alone
Thank you for your support.
