"Strong Like Kalon: Join the Fight for His Recovery"
Donation protected
Kalon is a bright, outgoing 10-year-old who’s never met a stranger—a trait his family lovingly says is “the Taylor in him.” His mom works in healthcare, and his dad proudly serves as a Citrus County Deputy and School Resource Officer at Homosassa Elementary. While visiting their grandparents’ lake house, Kalon and his sister Olivia were enjoying time with friends when a tragic accident occurred. Kalon and two other children were riding on a tube pulled by a jet ski when they collided with a dock. Tragically, one child lost their life, another is recovering at home, and Kalon is now fighting for his life at UF Shands. Despite the heartbreak, Kalon is making remarkable strides with unwavering strength and spirit. His mother hasn’t left his side, and his father travels daily between home and the hospital—leaving both parents unable to work full time. This amazing family, who has given so much to our community, now needs our support. With love, care, and prayer, Kalon is on the road to recovery. Let’s come together and help lift this family during their time of need. Every donation makes a difference.
