Dear friends and family,
My sister and I have started this “Go Fund Me” for our momma, Tina Strom.
Our mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in September 2014. She has been fighting for her life since. She has Cancer in her lungs, Brain, Ribs, Liver, stomach, and most recently they have found a spot near her spine, that is making it hard for her to get around. She has had 10+ rounds of different kinds of Chemo. Radiation on her Brain and ribs 3 time (15 days each time). She is Currently in the hospital, and will need some kind of homecare, when she gets to come home. She lost her Medical Insurance and Life Insurance about a year and a half before she was diagnosed, when she was laid off from her job of 15+ years. So when the doctors told her she had Cancer she applied for Medicaid, and was approved, only to be dropped 6 months later, without any notice. She now has no Medical Insurance, and the Medical Bills continue to come in. Also she has been stressing out over how her kids will pay for the funeral (when the time comes) It is causing her a lot of stress, and stress isn’t helping her health that continues to decline. My sister and I are starting this Fund to try to ease her mind with some of the stress when it comes to bills and funeral cost. Anything will help, even if it is just a prayer. Please continue to pray for our mom and our family
