Stroke Ward at Royal Preston Hospital

Hello I’m Gary, in January this year my dad Tom suffered a bad stroke. He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital to help him recover, and he started his rehabilitation journey at Chorley Hospital. Since then his walking has improved but he’s still doing extensive physiotherapy to try and regain the use of his right arm.

Next month I will be running my first Half Marathon, the Manchester Half, to raise money for the hospitals that have supported him.

If you can spare it, any donations to Lancashire Teaching Hospitals would be appreciated.

Thanks

Gary
