Stroke Victim 2000 Miles From Home

On September 2nd, 2014, my Mom and I flew from Phoenix, Arizona to Adrian, Michigan to visit Mom's cousin.  In the evening of September 4th, my Mother was getting ready for bed when she had a Massive Stroke affecting the left side of her brain causing the right side of her body to become paralyzed.  She was immediately rushed to Bixby Medical Center in Adrian, MI where she received TPA to dissolve any additional blot clots and start the hopeful process of reversing her stroke. 

Since her Stroke on Sept. 4th, Mom is now back in Phoenix.  She has been receiving Acute Rehabilitative Therapy and continues the long recovery process.  She is now receiving In Home Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.  Our family continues to work with her each day with supplemental therapy to get her back on track as fast as possible.

This GoFundMe account is set up to assist my mother with covering her medical bills, prescriptions and other necessary financial obligations that she has.  Every dollar given goes towards alleviating her burdens so she can focus on her therapy.
