Stroke and partial paralasis victim

Raising funds for a family friend's father, half-body paralyzed from stroke. on behalf of of family who are not in a position to post currently, this campaign is for the paralized father whose total medical debt is roughly 145,000 Php Phillipine Pesos) or roughly about 4500 Us dollars. This amount is the current dept but beyond that being payed there are daily hospital costs outlined below.

I post hoping they would be open to help like this as we have been paying out of our own pockets to assist them on costs and it's just not enough. The family themselves don't speak english and are rate limited on internet so it's long between contacts for me. 

I will now provide the translation of their description of what has happened as provided to me.

"on May 15 his (my) father was rushed to the hospital, he had a mild stroke and got confined. With the limited available hospital wards due to covid 19 and the sudden nature of his attack, they (we) had no choice but to bring him to a nearby private hospital. The hospital charges them (us) $255 a day for the PPE alone, adding to this are the other hospital expenses such as the room, treatment and other medical fees. On May 19 he was released but the bill racked up a total of roughly $3,447. With a monthly payment plan of $213, the remaining debt now is $2,169. Half of his body remains paralyzed up until this point and (he) has yet to receive formal physical therapy or treatment due to a lack of money (the carers, or rather his son makes money online with artworks only as thier income, however thier sales are just so few that they only cover basic living expenses for themselves). They need to earn enough for regular physical therapy sessions within a year of the date of the initial attack or the damage may be permanent according to the doctor"  (This is why the campaign is placed at a higher amount than the remaining dept, there is still alot more to endure after it is paid off)

This next part was written to me under emotional duress so i have tried to translate through another family friend as best as we could.

"They said they will go to the hospital because it might mean (be) in the nerves.
They're going to (see) a neurologist.
Maybe because if they remove it, it would climb (progress) onto their arms and they would be paralized.
If we take it to the witch (?, unsure if witch doctor is accurate) doctor, there's tendencies (a possibility) that they cannot walk anymore. Oh see? they're (too) stubborn to go to a witch (again not sure) doctor"

I'm very inexperienced at this sort of help, i just don't know what i can add more to this, lacking pictures i have attached art sample(s) from his son as the thumbnail and within the story.
