Stroke to Broke
Donation protected
So exactly one month ago today I had a hemorrhatic stroke. I have a one cm lesion on the part of my brain where my spinal cord meets my brain. I was in the hospital for 11 days. The right side of my body is still numb. It takes about 8 weeks or more for the blood to reabsorb into my body to stop causing side effects like the numbness and other things. I'm officially walking without the Walker now And take one day at a time. It happened at the Venice Dog park because some Karen was yelling at me about my dog that was 10 months at the time still having his balls. She got me so upset that my blood pressure raised so high that a capillary burst in my brain. There was a point in the ambulance where I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it and it really gets you thinking about life. Each day is a gift and if you forgot to tell somebody how much you love them do it right now, you never know how much time you have. If there someone you want to forgive then forgive them. Life is precious
As you all know it's just me and Chris with our business, just the 2 of us. So the store had to be closed so many days last month and so many days this month because I was in the hospital and now I have physical therapy and multiple doctors appointments. So needless to say my business has suffered significantly.
