Stroke in Mexico...Help get my dad home

My parents were on vacation in Cancun when my father had a stroke...ICU is 10k a day and he was in there for 4 days and now he is in the normal part of the hospital...Travel insurance covered 10k, it sounds like medicare will not cover anything. Please help...medical Bill's are piling up.
