Hi, I am Sharon. I am starting this GoFundMe for my son -- Jared.

Jared discovered his love for swimming when he was just 8 and a half years old, and since then, the pool has become his second home. What began as a simple after-school activity quickly grew into a passion, one that drives him every single day. From early-morning practices to late-evening training sessions, Jared jumps into the water with determination, courage, and a quiet dream in his heart.

This year, Jared is setting his sights higher than ever. His goal is to reach Division 1 and qualify for the Ontario Provincial Championships. These are ambitious targets, but if you've ever watched Jared swim, you know how deeply he believes in giving his absolute best. He pushes himself not because anyone asks him to, but because he truly loves the sport and wants to see how far he can go.

Behind that dedication are many sacrifices both for Jared and for our family. Competitive swimming comes with ongoing costs: coaching, equipment, meets, long drives/travel, training camps, and everything needed to help him continue growing as an athlete. These costs add up quickly, and as Jared continues to excel, so does the financial commitment required to support his dream.
