Hi My name is Ashok and those of you who know me will know in January this year I suffered a stroke requiring hospital treatment.

Unfortunately, the stroke required some changes to the way I use to live my life.

Without the help, support and care provided by the Stroke Association I think I would be lost.

To show my appreciation and to thank the Stroke Association I have undertaken this event to raise as much money I can so they can continue the help and support they provide.

Please provide what you can to a brilliant organization so they can continue the excellent work for many more years to come in the future.

Every little bit helps as sometimes you never know what’s going to happen to you as I can truthfully say happened to me.
