Strimmer on Tour – Scooter Road Trip Documentary

I’m Joe, aka Strimmer — a scooter boy from Lincolnshire and founder of 2 Stroke Media. I’ve set out to film something raw, real, and personal: a solo road trip across the North of England on my 50-year-old Lambretta.

No backup van. No film crew. Just me, my tent, and a TS1 that’s already had more breakdowns than a Top Gear special.

This journey isn’t about polished content — it’s about capturing the highs and lows of keeping old scoots alive, pushing yourself when things go wrong, and telling stories that don’t normally get shown. You’ll see wild camping, dodgy roadside repairs, and the characters I meet along the way.

I’ve already started filming, but repairs and rebuilds have set me back more than expected. I’m asking for your help to finish what I’ve started — not just to get back on the road, but to finish the documentary properly.
