One Me To Be is a behavioral health organization in Toledo, Ohio, dedicated to providing exceptional mental health and addiction services, especially for youth and young adults. Since 2017, we have worked to end the suffering in silence that many in marginalized communities experience. Our team is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can access the care they need to thrive.

Right now, we are seeing a significant increase in demand for our services, while also facing changes in grant funding that threaten our ability to meet the needs of our community. To respond, we are working to expand our offerings—specifically by providing specialized services for individuals with autism, increasing the number of group therapy sessions, and offering discounted self-pay options for those without insurance or who prefer not to use it. These steps are crucial to ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or financial situation, can access quality mental health support.
