Hi, my name is Judy and I am Duke’s mommy! Duke is an 11-year-old mastiff/chocolate lab mix. We rescued Duke from a kill shelter in South Carolina. He was only six weeks old. We instantly fell in love. He’s been my soul dog since day one.

Recently, Duke has had issues with his back hips. We’ve tried injections and medication. They seem to have worsened the situation. He is unable to get up from time to time on his own. Our vet has recommended acupuncture, new medication, and water therapy. My husband and I have six children, so financially, this will be unachievable for us. I know it’s incredibly hard times for everyone right now. We would be grateful for any help that you could spare. Duke is our world.
