Hi, I’m Runa , and I’m on a mission to create a safe, empowering fitness space for women, a place where every woman, regardless of age, background, or ability, can build strength, confidence, and community.

What started as small community boxing and fitness sessions has grown faster than I ever imagined. The demand and feedback from women across Cardiff have been incredible, women who have told me they finally feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to train. Now, I want to take the next step: to expand and create a dedicated women-only fitness space right here in Cardiff.

Why This Matters

So many women want to get fitter, learn self-defence, or improve their mental wellbeing but don’t feel safe or confident in traditional gym environments. My classes are different.

They are designed for women, by women led by me, a qualified coach affiliated with Welsh Boxing, with years of experience in fitness, kickboxing, and strength training. More importantly, I understand the cultural, emotional, and personal barriers many women face when accessing fitness spaces.

In my classes, no one is left out. My youngest participant are young girls, my oldest are in their 60s, and every single woman brings her own story, strength, and goals. Together, we train hard, laugh harder, and lift each other up.

The Vision

My dream is to build Cardiff’s leading women-only boxing and fitness community a welcoming hub that promotes not just physical strength, but mental wellbeing, self-defence, and sisterhood.
