On Monday April 29th our Friend Marilyn was diagnosed with metastatic stomach cancer. She is currently on stage 4.
Marilyn is the most happy, friendly and caring mom we know. She works at the Safeway bakery in Novato, and she is a member of the Novato Mother’s Club.
She is 33 years old, and the cancer was growing inside her stomach while she was pregnant with baby Liam, who is now 8 weeks old.
Marilyn and her husband Angelo also have 3 year old son named Bastian .
We have created this Go fund me in an effort to help her with the future treatments and medicines that her insurance will not cover.
She started her first round of chemotherapy on May 13th, and if everything goes according to plan, the surgery is schedule for mid July.
The doctors are suggesting alternative treatments on the East coast and even as far as going to Japan for the latest treatment if the results do not have a positive outcome here.
Our gratitude towards any help you can give us to fight this tragedy is immeasurable. It takes a village and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining this fight.
