I am asking you to stop for a moment and lift up one of our own.

The Malave family has received devastating news. Their 14-year-old son, Milton Malave Jr., has been diagnosed with a tumor on his brainstem. He is currently on a ventilator, fighting with everything he has. He will begin chemotherapy in hopes of shrinking it. This brave child is going through something no child ever should.

His parents and family are at his bedside, holding his hand, praying over him, and trying to find strength in a moment that feels impossible. No family should ever have to endure this kind of fear or uncertainty.

Right now, their focus is where it should be… on their son. But the reality of extended hospitalization, treatment, and time away from work brings an enormous financial weight.

I am asking first for your prayers , or however you hold space for someone in crisis. Please surround the Malave family with strength, faith, and hope.

And if you are able, please consider giving. Let’s lift even one burden from their shoulders so they can focus on what matters most… being present for Milton Jr.
