Hi. I never thought I’d have to do this, but here goes…
I am a 49-year-old mom and wife who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December 2024. I underwent the Whipple, 5 months of chemo, and 6 1/2 weeks of daily radiation for most of 2025. I showed no evidence of disease until January 2026 when my cancer marker started rising again. Through it all, our family sacrificed so much to be able to get me the best treatment possible. We went through so many changes, and through all the ups and downs, we grew stronger together.
I am now facing a recurrence of this terrible disease, and while we continue to make sacrifices to afford me the best care, I’m reaching out for support to cover growing new treatment expenses. Cancer is not only mentally, physically, and emotionally draining - it is financially backbreaking.
My greatest wish is to see my little girl grow up. I will do anything and everything I can to make this happen.
Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown me since this journey began. I will never forget your kindness.
