Hi everyone,

This isn’t the first time we’ve had to ask for help for Rayne, but this is the most serious it has ever been.

Rayne is currently in the PICU and on a ventilator for the first time. As a parent, there are no words for what it feels like to see your child like this. It’s terrifying, overwhelming, and completely out of our control. She is fighting so hard, and we are holding onto every bit of progress she makes.

If you know Rayne, you know how special she is. She is sweet, bubbly, and full of joy—even when her life hasn’t been easy. She loves jazz, and somehow always finds a way to smile and bring light to her family. That same strength and spirit is what she’s holding onto right now.

Over the years, we’ve faced a lot with her health, and we’ve done everything we can to manage, prepare, and stay strong. But this moment is different. The level of care she needs, the unknowns, and the time we need to be by her side have created a financial strain we can’t carry alone.

I hate having to ask again but right now, our focus has to be on Rayne. Being here with her means time away from work, added expenses, and trying to hold everything together while our world feels like it’s standing still.
