On behalf of myself and our little family at Streets of London Salon, I would like to thank you for your loyal support throughout the years.
As you are all aware, we have entered uncertain times with the pandemic outbreak of COVID-19. Streets of London Salon will temporarily be closing to protect the welfare of our team and our clients.
As a team, we frequently engage in close proximity to our beloved clients as well as each other. Due to self isolation and social distancing, it has become impossible to service our clients and function financially in this time of crisis. Which, in turn, means our salon can no longer support its staff who are also valuable members our our community. We ask now, in our time of need, for your support. Any amount you would possibly feel comfortable donating will be greatly appreciated and will not go unnoticed.
This is an unprecedented crisis that has never been seen by our generation. It is effecting all service industries, but specifically in the beauty sector, where staff work to live, do not have PTO or sick pay, and depend on business and tips for their livelihood. Salon overheads and rent will also continue, with no income. This is the realistic overview for many small businesses who are the essence and heartbeat of every community.
Although we cannot possibly know the outcome of this crisis, together we can get through this- as a family, that strengthens the heart of our communities and as a nation. We look forward to seeing all of your lovely faces and welcoming you all back to our salon home as soon as we can! Thank you, again, from the bottom of our hearts for your continuous love and support- we appreciate all of you!
