Hi everyone!

In January, Jay and I will be joining Maisie our daughter to run a 5k fundraiser here in Qatar in support of Stray Savers.

Anyone who knows me knows I can’t run a bath—never mind 5k! But we’re doing it for a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts.

Since June, Maisie and I have been part of an amazing group of volunteers who feed and care for abandoned dogs in Qatar. (Please do take a moment to read more about the incredible work Stray Savers & PAWS Rescue do.)

Together, we’re hoping to raise vital funds to help keep these dogs fed, safe, and cared for throughout the coming year. Every donation—big or small—goes directly towards food, medical care, and daily essentials for dogs who have been left behind.

STRAY SAVERS & PAWS RESCUE…

Stray Savers is a small group of dedicated volunteers who feed, provide water, and spay a group of abandoned dogs living on the outskirts of Doha. Our group formed a few years ago and is made up of compassionate volunteers from all over the world, each giving whatever time and support they can.

These dogs endure extremely harsh conditions. With little to no shade, they suffer through the intense summer heat. They live near a high-traffic area and often risk their lives crossing busy roads in search of food and water. Despite these challenges, many of them have been given a second chance at life. Thanks to Paws Rescue Qatar, countless dogs have already found safe, loving homes across America, Canada, Europe, and here in Qatar.

But the reality is that rescue work here comes with immense financial challenges. Veterinary care is extremely costly, and rehoming dogs abroad—though often the best and only long-term solution—is

even more expensive.

This is where we urgently need your help.
