Stray dog hit by car, needs help ASAP

Hi everyone I belong to a group in my hometown of Troy NH and it was just posted that this sweet boy was hit by a car and has at least 2 broken legs and likely other medical needs. NO ONE has stepped up to take ownership or responsibility for him so he’s suffering. If funds can be raised it looks like someone can drive him to the emergency vets tonight. The humane society will get him from where he currently is in the morning if he hasn’t been admitted to any emergency vet facility. If that’s the case any money that we raise i will donate to his medical needs. Please let’s help him so he doesn’t spend the night in pain.
