I am writing to ask for your help to take this stray cat to the vet. He has been coming around my house for the past year. He is very sweet and gentle. I give him food and water every day.

For the past couple of months, I noticed he has developed really bad rashes on his skin and has lost a lot of his hair. I googled cat skin issues to see if I could figure out what is wrong with him, but he really needs to go to a vet so he can be properly diagnosed and treated.
