Support for Strathaven Reindeer Day 2026

The annual Reindeer Day on 6th December 2026 is a popular fixture in Strathaven's events calendar and is attended by literally thousands of people - families from Strathaven, Lanarkshire and farther afield.

What you may not realise is that the event is organised by a group of volunteers comprising of local people. There is a lot to arrange including stalls, entertainment and, of course.....Santa and the adorable reindeers!

We need your support for this magical event because the reindeers (the stars of the show) cost over £3,000.00 to book and every penny we receive would be greatly appreciated and would go towards the cost of hiring the reindeers.

Thank you for your support
