As a soon-to-be graduating student, this is my last chance to tell a story that I feel connected to. Strangers on Vacation is a film for the NYU Advanced course. The goal is to hopefully inspire others, and make audiences laugh, cry, and connect with one another, while reminiscing on their past. Growing up, I feel as though the hard truths about growing up and growing apart weren't even accurately showcased to me. It's so rare to find a film that accurately depicts this stage of life where people out-grow one another, and so my hope is that this film can open up those conversations.
