The Leadership Development and Cotillion Program provides comprehensive training designed to cultivate social, service and critical life skills that will help create responsible leaders, sustainable friendships and cultural experience. I am honored to be one of 25 young women participating in the 2025-26 cohort. For me, the Cotillion experience provides an opportunity to network with accomplished and poised Black women who mentor aspiring leaders like myself. This special program is an ideal way for me to sharpen my leadership, public speaking, fundraising, and social etiquette skills before entering college next year.
