Josh's diagnosis is a Grade 4 Diffused astrocytoma with IDH mutation...a lot of words for a grade 4 Brain tumor or cancer. They have had many appts at Mayo clinic (with neuro oncologist, radiologist, and brain cancer team), MRI and more imaging.
The plan is to start oral chemo and radiation starting Feb 1st. Radiation is 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Since treatment needs to be done at the Mayo clinic they are renting a house in Rochester so they can stay together as a family.
