Stormie Mohr

Hey guys. If you have ever known Stormie Mohr I ask that you take a second out of your day to ether send her some love and prayers or if you’re able to donate to this, please do. Stormie has a condition called Hydrocephalus. A build-up of fluid in the cavities deep within the brain.

The extra fluid puts pressure on the brain and can cause brain damage.

Stormie fell and hit her head at work back in June of 2022 and that’s how they discovered her disgnoses. They put the original shunt in October of 22 and she had the first malfunction causing her to go into the hospital in December. She was in her final semester of college at Whittenburg University.

Stormie went into the hospital December 27th 2022. She stayed in the hospital majority of the year. She was in the ICU for a big portion of it. She spent a couple weeks on other floors but primarily up in the ICU. She was then transferred to rehab facility in the beginning of October where she still remains making INCREDIBLE improvements. She has already overcame some great challenges. She stopped speaking for many months and didn't eat so they had to put in a feeding tube. Now she is talking and eating ! She celebrated her 25th birthday and is one of the youngest patients in the facility. It has not been an easy road for stormie. She has had 7 shunt revision surgeries with the 8th shunt revision being placed into her stomach. She is a fighter, please help me be able to bring her some sort of stress relief during this time so she can focus on her health !
