On April 14th 2016, my father, Bruce, was rushed to the ICU. We were told that he had fell and hit his head while downtown for work. The impact caused a brain hemorrhage and he suffered a stroke. While in the ICU he caught pneumonia, a blood clot in his leg, and a heart attack. He has been unable to move the right side of his body and has had trouble breathing on his own. After 3 weeks in ICU he has been moved to a different floor in the hospital. He currently has breathing and feeding tubes and has been sleeping alot which we hope means that his body is recovering. His road to recovery is long but with hope and his strong will we are all determined to help him as much as we can. Our goal is to help with my dads financial expenses so that he and my family can focus on helping him.
