We are Lucy,Elsie and Juno. This November we are collaboratively swimming the length of the Gaza Strip twice, 82km.
The horrors of famine in Gaza have gone far beyond a war—it has become a genocide of terror and starving children being buried before they have the chance to live.
We are here to stop that. We are swimming for the kids who can’t–the kids that don’t have an opportunity to do what they love–and we are swimming so they can.
We call upon people in our community like you to donate to our campaign. All the money goes directly to UNICEF, who are on the ground working hard to protect the children dying of starvation. The funds will support UNICEF with the money it needs to protect children.
Supporting this campaign is greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. This is a project close to us—all three of us love splashing around in the pool, geeking out to music, and purely goofing around in each other's company—but we are aware that others are deprived of the opportunity to just be kids.
Together we can take a stance against the famine– this is a wake-up call for our community. We can rise up and make a difference for what we believe in. Ignoring this matter ends here and now.
