I’m raising funds to help spay and neuter the feral cats in my neighborhood. After a neighbor sold her house and moved out, we realized she had been hoarding feral cats and kittens. Now they are out on my street, and the situation has grown fast. I’ve already captured a few kittens, but there are still more out there along with roughly 10 adult cats that are not fixed. There are cats and kittens of all sizes everywhere, and if this is not addressed now, the cycle will keep continuing.

I’ve been working with Fearless Kitty rescue to help feed the cats and find homes for the kittens I’ve already captured. I’m keeping one of the kittens myself, but I simply cannot take in any more. I am a huge animal lover and already care for 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rats, and a snake, on top of raising my 2 kids and keeping up with work and school activities.

This has become a lot for me physically and emotionally. I’m recovering from 2 spinal surgeries in less than a year, and I am exhausted. I live in Arizona, and it is still 100 degrees outside. What scares me most is knowing these cats are in danger every day. They could be hit by cars or die from heat, dehydration, predators, or people. The situation is dire because they reproduce quickly, and many of them are malnourished, which means the babies will starve. I need to act quickly to stop more kittens from being born into the same dangerous situation.

Donations will help pay for:
  • Traps to safely capture the cats
  • Spay and neuter surgeries
  • Medications
  • Temporary shelters for recovery
There is no real deadline because this is an ongoing cycle until the cats are fixed, but the need is immediate. Every donation will help me stop this process in its tracks and give these cats a safer chance. If you’re able to give or share this fundraiser, I would be deeply grateful for your support.
