Stop The Bullying And Put A Smile On Peyton’s Face

Donation protected
Please let me tell you about our Warrior Princess Peyton. Peyton was diagnosed with Dilated Cardio Myopathy at 18 months. She spent months in the hospital until she was lucky enough to receive a life saving heart transplant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Peyton was put on several different medications to keep her new heart from rejection. Unfortunately these many drugs have some bad side effects. One such side effect was PTLD. This is a rare type of cancer that transplant patients sometimes get. Peyton fought for 3 years and won the battle. She has been in remission for 8 years now. Another side effect is “Gingival Hyperplasia”. One of her Anti-Rejection medications causes overgrowth of gums over her teeth. Peyton is now 12 and of the age to have her gums reduced however this procedure is not covered under her health insurance. The quote from her doctor is $3200.00 and we are reaching out for help. Sometimes Kids are cruel. Especially when they don’t understand there’s a reason somebody looks different than them. Peyton has been through so much in her young life. She shouldn’t have to be bullied over her teeth. Peyton is beautiful inside and out and has such a sweet soul. The bullying is starting to mentally harm her and we need your help. Even more important her health is being affected. Peyton is unable to reach her entire set of teeth when brushing. Also Chewing is difficult and can be a chocking hazard. Any donation will help. Even a dollar. Thank you so much!
