Hello neighbors,
We, the residents of Bianchi Estates, Sun Valley Oaks, Doyle Ranch, Morgan Creek and anyone else negatively affected by the Baseline Commercial Project, have created this Go Fund Me in order to hire legal council to assist us in our pursuit.
The Baseline Commercial Project is a large commercial development in the 6+ acres situated on the corner of Walerga Road and Baseline Road, and includes a driveway off Crowder Lane. The project is under review by the Placer County Board of Supervisors. We are concerned the Board of Supervisors will vote to approve the proposal on May 11, 2021. If that is the case then our only recourse is to file a lawsuit.
All funds raised here will go towards the legal fees. Any leftover funds will either be return to donors that have not remained anonymous based on percentage of the total, or we will donate to a local (non-politically affiliated) charity.
Please feel free to reach out to me, Marc Silva (530-355-0902), if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks to all who have already put time & effort towards this cause. We are hopeful that together we will be able to stop this project.
