Stop Eviction: Help Us Fight a Scam

We are in need for 2,000 to pay for an attorney to stay in our family home. We were working with a “non-profit” for over six months until September. Our home was sold at auction. The non-profit turned out to be a scam. I have been trying to find representation since then.

I quit my job in 2020 to take care of my parents. Two weeks before mom died I was diagnosed with progressive MS. My right leg is paralyzed. I am pretty much bedbound.

The attorney we have contacted wants $2,000 and $140/hr. I have a phone meeting Monday. If no attorney, we will be evicted. My brother, myself, my girls, sister in law and 2 year old nephew.

We are in a good place to refinance in my name once we get the sale addressed.
