The fight against the Armory / Goodwill Data Center and all data centers in St. Louis continues, but we need your help! The No MO Data Centers Campaign led by The Eco-Socialist Green Party of Eastern Missouri, is preparing in case we need to take legal action!

We feel this is the next essential step in stopping the Armory/Goodwill Data Center and ALL future hyperscale data center proposals from moving forward any further, and we need to raise money for legal fees ASAP!

We have given our elected officials plenty of time and leeway to reverse course and act in the interest of the people, but since they have failed to do so, we must escalate by taking legal action as a necessary step! We will hold parties accountable to protect the residents of St. Louis and all of Missouri from unnecessary, unwanted, and disastrous data center development.

We are pushing back on behalf of the many against the money. The AI tech-bros have Billions of dollars, and we need the support of every single person who is able to give. Our first fundraising goal is $10,000. If 1,000 people donate $10 each, we will be able to quickly meet our first fundraising goal. If someone with excess capital can match funds or make the first initial seed donation, this could be the catalyst we need! We will update and publicize the legal action as it develops so the public can track our progress.

This call for a litigation fund is an essential step in the marathon battle that is just beginning, to secure the rights of the people against a few would-be overlords. If we don’t use the funds for the Armory Goodwill Data Center fight, we will use funds for the general fight against data centers. Wherever the fight is in the State of Missouri, your contribution will fuel the battle for the rights of people to have a future, without our land, our water, and our lives stolen by unwanted technological pilfering.
