VietRISE is raising funds to support Cô (Aunt) Phi, a 77-year-old Vietnamese senior who is in danger of losing her mobile home in Santa Ana, Orange County because of a legal dispute. Cô Phi is disabled and lives on a fixed income, which has left her unable to afford a private attorney. After having no luck finding pro bono legal representation, she has had to resolve to hiring a private attorney due to the urgency of her situation. Estimated legal fees are $6,000.

Cô Phi has lived in this home for over 22 years. Now, she faces the threat of eviction and homelessness. She urgently needs our help to cover these costs and remain in her longtime home. Help us defend Cô Phi from eviction so she can retire in peace.
