Hi, I’m Isela, and my 12-year-old Maltipoo, Brody Boy, is my heart. If you’ve met him, you know he’s the happiest little guy, carrying his neon green ball, barking at big dogs from the small dog park, and marking everything like he owns it. Despite his age, he’s still a tough guy, full of personality and love.

But today, our world turned upside down. Brody was diagnosed with lens luxation and severe glaucoma in his right eye. The lens shifted, causing extreme pressure, inflammation, and unbearable pain. His right eye is now blind, and the only way to stop his suffering is to remove it entirely. His left eye shows early signs of the same issue, but with lifelong medication, we can still save his vision.

The surgery and care will cost over $4,000, including enucleation, anesthesia, post-op meds, and follow-ups.

We’ve faced a pet emergency before with our dog Layla 2.5 years ago, and asking for help again is hard. But Brody is family, and we can’t let him suffer.
