As most people know, Stop & Shop is on strike.  I checked in with one of the employees whom I have known for a very long time, and she is trying to sell her furniture to pay May's rent!  Her monthly rent is $1,000 a month, and I am asking for an extra $500 so she might be able to breathe freely for a bit, because it does not look like Ahold USA (the corporation who owns Stop & Shop) is in any hurry to offer their employees the very basic requests from the union:  reasonable wages, reasonably priced healthcare and maintaining the current pension.

Please help Kim, who is the employee I reference above.  My name is Sue and if I had the funds to give to Kim, I would happily do so!  But I do not, so please, please, please show her that people out there care about standing up for the basic needs of Stop & Shop employees, yes?
